All products are delivered digitally via email or download after payment.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
· All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
· Payment must be made in advance through the payment methods offered on the Website.
· After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with access to your digital product(s).
5. DELIVERY
· Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via email or download link.
· It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
· Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive a delivery email within 24 hours.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
In accordance with European legislation, you as a consumer have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, this right expires as soon as you have downloaded or opened the digital content, provided that you have expressly agreed to the loss of this right of withdrawal prior to purchase.
By completing your purchase and downloading the digital content, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
· All content, texts, images, logos, e-books, magazines and other materials on the Website are the property of Fintube Digest or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
· You acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the purchased digital products.
· It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or otherwise commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
· Sharing purchased e-books or magazines with third parties is not permitted.
8. USER ACCOUNT
· You can create an account to use certain features of the Website.

· We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of abuse or violation of these terms.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS
· Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel them.
· You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting info@fintubedigest.com.
· After cancellation, you will still have access to the content until the end of the current billing period.
· No refund will be provided for the remaining period after cancellation.
10. LIABILITY
· Fintube Digest strives to provide accurate and current information, but provides no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the content.
· Fintube Digest is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or other adverse consequences arising from the use of the Website or our products.
· Fintube Digest is not liable for financial losses arising from investment decisions you make based on our educational content.
· Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
