REFUND POLICY
Digital Products
All products offered by Fintube Digest are digital products (e-books, magazines and digital publications) that are delivered immediately after purchase via email or download.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Legislation)
In accordance with European legislation, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. However, this right expires as soon as you have downloaded or opened the digital content, provided that you have expressly agreed to the loss of this right of withdrawal prior to purchase.
By completing your purchase and downloading the digital content, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
No Refunds After Download
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot provide refunds after the content has been downloaded or opened. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16, paragraph m).
Exceptions
We do offer refunds in the following cases:
- Technical problems preventing the file from being opened or used
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- The product does not match the description on our website
Cancellation Before Download
If you wish to cancel your order before downloading or opening the digital content, please contact us within 14 days at info@fintubedigest.com. We will refund your purchase in full.
Subscriptions
Separate cancellation terms apply to subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will still have access to the content until the end of the current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining period.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. It may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
